Therese Cora Delcour Partney (Partenais/Partinay) daughter of Nicholas Delcour (1780-1860) and Marie Francoise Lagrave Delcour (1783-1851). Her father , according to records, was born in France. Wife of Louis Amable Partney (Partenais/Partinay). Married: June 30, 1843, Washington County, Missouri Recently explained, the current Partney spelling has gone through variations from its original, "Partenais" also including the spelling, Partinay, which are found on the tombstones of this old cemetery. This maybe the reason why many "Partney's" are not documented. Therese and Louis had nine children. Elijah A.
