Thomas declared incompetant. Power of Attorney given to Lazarus J. ALEXANDER (son of William M. ALEXANDER) of Davidson County, Tennessee in regard to the sale of Thomas ALEXANDER's property. In Williamson County, Tennessee court minute book 17/299 - 4 Oct 1854 - "Wm. M. son of Thomas, deceased, consents to probate by Isaac IVY of Last Will and Testtament of Thomas ALEXANDER. On page #240, William contests validity of will. (will book 12/34).
