He married Elizabeth Washington 19 NOV 1758 in Stafford County, Virginia, daughter of John Washington and Mary Massey. She was born 21 DEC 1737 in Stafford County, Virginia, and died 1789 in Berry Plain, King George County, Virginia.

He married Alice Thornton Taylor 27 SEP 1791 in Caroline County, Virginia, daughter of James Taylor IV and Anne Hubbard. She was born SEP 1773 in Caroline County, Virginia, and died 1835 in Campbell County, Kentucky.

ii. John Washington Berry was born 20 MAR 1762 in Berry Plain, King George County, Virginia, and died 13 APR 1852 in Oldham County, Kentucky. He married Frances Anne Taylor 1792 in Caroline County, Virginia, daughter of Jonathan Taylor and Nancy Anne Berry. She was born 9 DEC 1775 in Virginia, and died in Oldham County, Kentucky.

iii. Lawrence Berry was born 1766 in Berry Plain, King George County, Virginia, and died 14 JUN 1822 in Berry Plain, King George County, Virgina. He married Catherine Brooke Hodge 23 NOV 1791 in King George County, Virgina. She died 1814.

iv. Mildred Berry was born 1764 in Berry Plain, King George County, Virginia, and died 1785 in Berry Hill, Berkeley County (Jefferson Co.), Virginia. She married Thornton Augustine Washington 26 DEC 1779 in Charles County, Maryland, son of Samuel Washington and Mildred Thornton. He was born 1758 in Stafford County, Virginia, and died 1787 in Berry Hill, Jefferson County, Virginia.

v. Elizabeth Berry was born ABT. 1759. She married John Marshall ABT. 1780.
