Thomas is also identified in the estate division of his father, John Jackson of Portsmouth, 25 Jun 1667 (PROBATE RECORDS OF THE PROVINCE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, 9 vols., repr of New Hampshire State Papers Series, vols. 31-39 [Bowie, MD, 1989-90], 1:46-47 [FHL #974.2P2p]).
- MAR: No mar rec found. See agreement of heirs of James Johnson of Portsmouth, 16 Nov 1694, which identifies his Hannah, wife of Thomas Jackson (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 6:59 [FHL #015412]). Date of mar is an approximation.

Thomas Jackson of Portsmouth was referred to as deceased on 4 Dec 1712 when his son Ephraim sold part of his father's estate to John Lang (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 8:295 [FHL #015412]). Thomas was living as late as 2 Apr 1711 according to Sybil Noyes, Charles Thornton Libby, and Walter Goodwin Davis, GENEALOGICAL DICTIONARY OF MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE (Portland, ME, 1928-39; repr Baltimore, 1983), 372 (FHL #974 D2n).
