I also have a copy of where Tabitha Marchman died in 1834 at the age of 91.....at the home of Isaac P. Knowles. I think it is his grandmother......for Isaac's father, Thomas Knowles, d. c1843 in Pike Co. Ala. We have no maiden name for Thomas' wife......but on a land record or someplace we found Tabitha as his wife. So wonder if he wasn't married to a Tabitha Marchman. Daughter of Tabitha Barnes Marchman and sister to James P. Knowles' wife Nancy Marchman???? I only have 6 children for Thomas and Tabitha.....and some of those old gals didn't last too long.

Isaac's wife and Britton C's wives were not sisters.......right????? I have a will for Reubin Ransom.....and no Rebecca listed. Isaac is listed as 'son-in-law' and his kids, as heirs.
