He was a selectman in 1678; was a tything man (along with Jaakob ffoster, Edmund Heard, Isaak ffoster) as of 15 Dec. 1679; and was assigned a place in the meeting house on 16 Jan. 1700.

Note that Thomas married for the second time when he was 68 years old.

That his first wife is often assumed to be surnamed Brewer, but in fact her sister was John Brewer's wife which is why John Brewer referred to Thomas Lull as his brother.

His gravestone says

Here Lies Mr. Thomas Lull who died December ye 31, 1719 aged 82 years 2 months 14 days

In his will dated 25 Dec. 1717, Thomas Lull stated:

Item: I give unto my son John Lull ye sole use and Improvement of my houses and lands I bought of Jonathan Wheeler scittuate in ye Township of Rowly, dureing ye time of his natural Life And adter his decese I give Sd house and land in Rowly I bough of sd Wheeler unto my grandson, Thomas Lull, Son of my sd Jn Lull, to him & to his Heirs and Assignes for ever, upon which consideration I obblidge my sd Grandson Thomas Lull to ehlp his Father twenty dayes in a year in plowing & Mowing, and annually for twenty yeares running if my sd son John should live so long, and to give bond of sixty pounds to his father binding himself, his Heires, Executors, Administr and assignes for ye performance thereof.
