"The Press Gazette", Hillsboro, Ohio 7/23/1957 Thomas W. McCall Thomas W. McCall, 71, postmaster at Rainsboro for 16 years and storekeeper there for 42 years, died at Highlands Community Hospital Sunday at 2 A.M. He had been a patient at the hospital since April 25. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna G. McCall, 67, on May 27, of this year. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home, with Dr. Paul Jones and Rev. Wayne Tone officiating,and burial following in Hillsboro Cemetery. He was born June 22, 1886, the son of James and Mary Spargur McCall. In addition to running the store and serving as postmaster at Rainsboro, he also operated a fleet of trucks at one time. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Elizabeth) Pulse of Hillsboro, and one brother, David N. McCall of Leesburg; four grand-children and three great-grandchildren.
