He was a member of the Duxbury Company in Aug 1643 with Captain Miles Standish, constable 1691.

Mary Wetherell, born in prob. England. She was the daughter of Reverend William Wetherell, and Mary. William Wetherell , Rev, born Abt. 1600 in England came in the ship the HERCULES 1635 w/wife, 3 ch, 1 ser.; died April 09, 1684 in Scituate, Plymouth, MA. He married 1039. Mary May 26, 1627 in 1644, residing in Scituate, Plymouth, MA.

William Wetherell, had Mary, b. 20 Aug. 1658; Thomas, 30 Oct. 1660; Sarah; Hannah; Grace; Isaac; Ruth; Elizabeth; and Lydia; all bef. 1675; and d. 1711.
