About Thomas Payne

Thomas arrived aboard the ship, Golden Fortune, Master Edward Pearce, in 1664 with his wife, Jane, his three daughters, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah, and a maid as an emigrant . He arrived with a number of chests of goods and died about eight years later leaving a number of pieces of property indicating some degree of wealth on arrival and at death.
