Deed Book B p 196--pg 47 of abstract We the undersigned heirs of the late Richard WINN, dec'd, late of Maury Co do bind ourselves in the sum of $10,000 to Richard WINN, that we will on the decease of Mrs. Pricilla WINN, convey deed for life of the said Richard WINN, only so much of the estate of the late Richard WINN, his father, left by him to the said Pricilla WINN for and during her life, sufficient to afford Richard a decent and comfortable support for and during his life. Col Thomas SIMS m Mary WINN. Thomas SIMS joined the Mt Joy church in 1879. Their son was Augusta Charles SIMS who joined in 1890. Augusta Charles SIMS m Rachel DICKSON. Their son was Wm Donely SIMS. He joined the church in 1883. He m Eleanor Elizabeth GRIMES who was the dau of Eleanor Catherine COOPER & Samuel Henry GRIMES. Eleanor Elizabeth Grimes SIMS joined the Mt Joy church in 1879. Wm Donely & Eleanor had 5 ch which were listed in GRIMES family.
