About Thomas Wright II
Biography
Thomas was born in 1759.[1]
He married Mary Sprague on June 6, 1783. They were married by Rev. Nathaniel Appleton, DD in the of the first church in Cambridge, Massachusetts.[2]'
Thomas passed away on Sept. 18, 1801 shortly after arriving in Hull, Quebec with a party of settlers.
His stone, in the Protestant Burying Ground in Old Chelsea, Quebec is the oldest known memorial stone in the National Capital area.[3]
