Timoteo Ramiro, also known as "Kongkoy", was a former municipal court Judge in Malabang, Lanao del Sur. He was supposed to inherit the title of "Mama sa Wato" but was not formally invested with the this Maranao title. He speaks Maranao fluently and spent most of his life in the western part of Lanao del Sur as a respected figure amongs Christians and Muslims. He was accidentally and fatally wounded during a shootout between PC and Police right after the Dawn Mass (Simbang Gabi) on December 23, 1979.
