About Tomothy Johnson
Resided at Medina, Ohio till 1836. Brunswick. In that year he went to Wisconsin and built a cabin where Watertown now stands, being the first settler there. His family left Brunswick, Ohio, to join him, on Sept. 12, 1836, and reached Watertown Dec. 10, 1836. Mrs. Johnson was the first white woman to live in Jefferson County.
