About Victorio Soliven
He and his wife put up V.V. Soliven Realty & Associates in 1965; one of its more well-known real estate projects is the Loyola Grand Villas subdivision in Quezon City. In 1968, they eventually put up the V.V. Soliven Group of Companies to house their other companies such as Solid Builders Inc. The company's current headquarters are located in its iconic V.V. Soliven Towers along EDSA.
