About Warren E Fittery
Warren Elvin Fittery was born on May 30, 1921 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and he was the son of Earl William Fittery (1898-1964) and his wife Lillie Alice (Rutter) Fittery (1899-1982).
He was married on January 11, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to Dorothy Anne Meteyer (1924-2010), the daughter of Arthur Joseph Meteyer (1886-1944) and his wife Edith Marie (Bofinger) Meteyer (ca 1892- ).
A machinist for General Motors and a US Army veteran of World War II, Warren was a resident of Dover, Tennessee and 94 years old when he passed away on December 2, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by his wife, while survivors included a married son; three daughters and two sons-in-law; two sisters; five grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held at Anglin Funeral Home, and burial was in Fairview Cemetery at Indian Mound.
