HENDERSON, Warren Christopher, 77, a resident of West Monroe, LA. Warren was born March 10, 1935, in Jonesville, La. and passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 with his family by his side.

He was the son of the late Walter and Hope (Keathly) Henderson.

Warren is survived by his loving wife Katheryne P. (Roberts) Henderson and these children: Donald Henderson (Loraine), from MS; Kathryn Smith (Bruce), TN; David Henderson (Gail), AL; Kim Cooper (Wayne), AL; Vikki Reynolds (Anthony), AL; Jo Zapata (Jose), TX; Wanda Hall (Bill), LA. Warren leaves behind 21 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by these brothers and sisters: Wayne Henderson, ND; Mary Ann Devlin (Bill), PA; Virginia Smith (Freddie), KY; Bettye Phillips, TN; Opal Sue Lambert (Lee), MO; Rowena Davis, KY; Herman Henderson (Lois), IN; Michael Henderson, KY, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Warren was a long-time member of the VFW, the Clan Henderson Society, and the First Presbyterian Church of Prattville. He retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 2.

Friends will be received Monday, July 2, 2012, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Prattville Chapel and Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will be held there at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 3rd. Reverend Bryant Hansen will preside. Interment will follow in the Oakhill Cemetery with full military honors.
