Warwick married Rosamond Rosenmeier, Ph.D. in 1950 in New York City, New York, USA. Together they had the following children:

Warwick married Gail Marion Field on June 29, 1974, in Boston.

In Memory of Warwick Francis Field, Jr. Wick was Born in Dallas, TX on March 6, 1928, and died in Seguin, TX on August 9, 2010. He graduated from Austin High School and attended the University of Texas for two years before joining the Marines. After completing his service he graduated from Harvard University and worked for the Polaroid Corporation until he retired in 1984. Wick was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Dilthy Field. Wick is survived by his children and their families: Jason, Susan and Jackson Field of Watertown, MA; Twyla, Manuel, Rachel, Malcolm, and Emily Ramos of Glendale, CA; Alan, Louisa, Olivia and Gwyneth Field of Washington, DC; and Cynthia, Patrick, Matthew, Alfred, and Abigail Ibbotson of Seguin, TX; and sister Elisabeth and Richard Goeth of Austin and their children and grandchildren.
