1834; unmarried. 

II. Bathsheba, b. 2 mo. 2, 1805; d. unmarried, 8 mo. 4, 1822; 

buried at Waterloo, N. Y. 

III. Sarah, b. 9 mo. 11, 1807; d. 7 mo. 13, 1828; married 

Webster Laing. 

Sarah Lundy m. Webster Laing. Two children: I. Ansel, who died when a small boy. II. Bathsheba, who, after her mother's death, lived with her grandfather Lundy on a farm adjoining that of her father. After the death of Sarah, Webster m. again and had a son Stephen.

Bathsheba Laing m. James Rozell, son of Daniel and Anna (Burnett) Rozell of Lyons, N. Y., and had two daughters, the elder of whom was named Sarah; the family removed to Michigan.

In 1886 Mr. Godfrey was married to Miss Henrietta L. Lang, who was born in La Salle county in 1862, a daughter of Webster and Phiania Lang. The father was a native of New Jersey. His first wife was Paulina Halsted and his second wife Phoebe Mosher, while the mother of Mrs. Godfrey was the third wife. They were married in New York state and came to Illinois in 1853. By each of his three wives Mr. Lang had first a son and then a daughter and all six of these children are now living, but one daughter by his last wife died in infancy.
