About Wesley H. Childs

Wesley is the youngest of four sons born to the union of Harrison G Otis Childs and Barbara Harper. He was born in Wisconsin and settled in Stevens Co, WA before 1889. Here he was a miner in Cedar Canyon, and here he was killed by boiler rolling during a mining tragedy. Wesley H Childs was laid to rest alongside his father, HGO Childs, at LaFollette on June 4, 1916.
