About William Curd
A Patriot of the American Revolution for VIRGINIA with the rank of CAPTAIN.
Service Source: GWATHMEY, HIST REG OF VA IN THE REV, P. 200
Service Description: 1) BUCKINGHAM CO.
Long time CURD family researchers have stated that our Edmund Edmund Curd once thought to be the son of Charles Curd was actually the son of his brother William and a second wife, Ann Warren.
All agree the parents of William and Charles is John Curd and Elizabeth Price. This line has been DNA confirmed for me on AncestryDNA with other CURD direct descendants. ~Cynthia Hicks Curtis
