About William Marshall Deal
SALISBURY, Pa. - William M. Deal, 75, died yesterday at his home near here. Born in Greenville Township, he was a son of the late Jerimia (sic) and Matilda (Nedrow) Deal. Surviving are his widow, Mary (Baer) Deal; eight sons, Ralph of here, Raymond, Melvin and Donald, all of RFD Meyersdale; Carl, RFD Frostburg, and Walter, John and Paul Deal, all RFD Salisbury; five daughters, Mrs. Ethel Clark and Mrs. Kathleen Yutzy, of RFD Meyersdale; Mrs. Edna Brown and Mrs. Mary B. Brown, both of RFD Frostburg, and Mrs. Pauline Glotfelty, Akron, Ohio; a brother, John M. Deal, of here, and 27 grandchildren. He was a member of Greenville Lutheran Church where services will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. David Fetter. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery. The body is at the residence and will be taken to the church on Monday. Cumberland News, Saturday, November 19, 1960
