

William Z. Hornberger, seventy~nine, formerly of Brownstown, died Tuesday morning in the Wetzler Nursing Home, Blue Ball, after an illness of two months.
He was born in Warwick Township, a son of the late Adam and Susan Zwally Hornberger. His late wife, Bertha Whitmyer Hornberger, died in 1958.
He was employed at the D. M. Stoltzfus and Sons Stone Quarry, Talmage, for 25 years and at the Eshleman Feed Co., Lancaster, for the past 15 years.
Surviving are these children: Elsie, wife of William Brady, Lancaster; William J., Ephrata R2; Obed R., Honey Brook; Florence, wife of Harold Boyer, Brownstown; Richard, Ephrata R2; 16 grand-children; 15 great grandchildren; and these sisters and brother: Mrs. Katie Carpenter, Ephrata; Mrs. Annie Barr, Myerstown; Martha, wife of Adam Long, Rothsville; and John, Lancaster.
