Listed as Coleman in the 1910 and 1920 census. Listed in 1910 census Jacks dwelling 173, image 19 of 36. A Gillam Johnson 56 and wife Ara lived in dwelling 174. Gillam is also listed in 1900 in Jacks twnshp with wife and children. May have been uncle. Gillam in 1900 lived in dwelling 216 and in dwelling 217 was Thomas Johnson b1865 and wife Fannie b1868, and children. William registered for World War 1 draft on Sept 18, 1918. He was renting from W.M. Coleman and was a farmer. HIs wife Lottie was noted on the registar card as the nearest relative. 1920 census in Jacks township, dwelling 286, image 33 of 33. Listed in 1930 census dwelling 228 in Lauren co, Jacks township pg 12b, image 26. With wife Lottie and 10 children. Williams headstone indicates he was born in 1884. His draft registration card indicates he was born in 1885. Pallbears at his funeral were: Benjamin F. Fant Jr, Daniel Williams, Griffin Moore, Shealy Johnson, Adam Smith, and Henry Price Jr.
