About William Kiarsis, Jr

GEDEMINO CLUB OFFICERS. The Gedemino Club carried the name of Gedyminas, a heroic medieval Lithuanian knight-warrior. The installation of new offices for the Gedemino Club in 1951 includes many men whose roots could be traced back to the first Lithuanian immigration in Haverhill. These officers are, from left to right, as follows: (front row) Jacob Vitkauskas, Paul Welsh, Joseph Walch, Joseph Belsky, and Atty. William Kiarsis; (back row) Paul Macksvitis, Peter Yankowsky, Joseph Kancevitch, John Kuliesh, and Stanley Kuliesh.
