William Plummer

Identity of this William Plummer with the son of Isaac Plummer is doubtful.

Evidence in favor:

These are several reasons why I believe that William #4591? was the s/o Isaac Plummer who died in Fleming Co,KY, in 1804-5. First, his marriage license to Tabitha Chapman (enclosed) is contained in the Fleming Co records .You will note that the marriage certificate was co-signed by Benjamin Plummer, who also appears in Isaac's will. Second, Isaac Plummer's will of March 1804 mentions a son William. Third, the [will of] William Chapman (enclosed) was made July 15,1807 and recorded in Fleming Co. That will specifically refers to William Plummer and his wife Tabitha Chapman. It also refers to his son Collimore Chapman-note that one of the executors for the 1822 will was Collomore Plummer. Given all of these circumstances, I beliesve that Isaac Plummer's son William died in Clermont Co,OH in 1822.
