Henry was a member of Militia Company formed 21 of November 1776 according to the Charles City Militia Book, Nov. 1776, Library of Virginia Archives. He is listed in the Charles City County Will Book No.1, page 68 as having written his will on the 3rd of January 1791 and it was probated the 17th of November 1791.
