A celebration of life service for Elsie Irene Tuggle, 82, of Farmersville was held on March 31, 2008 at the Parkway Baptist Church in McKinney. Interment followed at Mills Cemetery in Garland. Mrs. Tuggle died March 28, 2008 in McKinney. Survivors include her daughters, Connie Jane Harrison and husband Michael C.
