William Ware was born on 4 July 1697 at Wrentham. He was the son of John Ware and Mehitable Chapin.
William Ware married Lydia Walker, daughter of Nathan Walker and Abigail Richmond, on 6 September 1755 at Dighton.
William Ware died on 11 June 1764 at Dighton at age 66.
He married 1st at Attleboro on 4 May 1726 to Mary MAXCEY, by whom he had Mary; he married 2nd at Wrentham on 30 Oct 1728 to Zibiah SWEETING, by whom he had Leuse, William and John and he married 3rd at Norton on 27 Sep 1733 to Anna HODGES, by whom he had George, Benjamin and Anna.
