Mary Chesebrough (alias Pendleton), executrix of Zebulon Chesebrough, deceased, late of Stonington, by her attorney, Colonel William Pendleton. Under the above records of births of children follows: "Ledger No. I. John MacDowell of Stonington, his book of accounts for debts and credits in Connecticut Colony in New England, and for ye neighboring Towns, and ye debts and credits in this book, is as, money."
