Mr Alfred Ernest Geer, 24, of 2 Stamford St., Chapel, Southampton was a native of that city. His last ship had been the Olympic.
Geer and his colleagues Kinsella, Black, Witt, Lloyd and Hosgood were taken on at the last minute after six of the the "signed-on" crew arrived late for the sailing.
Geer died in the sinking.
