Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Fishbein (nee Linda Finklestein [sic] [Finkelstein]), of Ste. Agathe, Que., on April 1, at the Jewish General Hospital, a son, Rodney; grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J. Fishbein, of Ste. Agathe, Que.; and of Mr. and Mrs. S. Finklestein, 5258 St. Urbain Street. Godparents are Mr. and Mrs. I. Fishbein, of Ste. Agathe, Que. Mr. Finklestein, grandfather, held the baby during the ceremony.

FISHBEIN, Ernest. Peacefully on Sunday, April 3, 2005. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Lana and Warren Stelman, Rodney, and Gary. Cherished Zaidie of Stephanie, Paige, Andie, Jace. Predeceased by his sisters Florence Soshnick, Edith (Boots) Carlin, and his brother Isaac. Brother-in-law of the late Sidney Soshnick, the late David Carlin, the late Shelley Fishbien. Dear uncle and great-uncle of Robin Fishbien, Bradford and Jess. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the eighth floor of St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
