About vmwareannais

Geraldine McELROY PERKINS Peters ○bSeptember 26, 1939 - dFebruary 1, 2012 Cleveland, Ohio Born in Selma {or York}, Alabama to Brown and Ella McElroy, one of five children. Bettie/ Louise/ John/ Julia - During her early life at 4 years old her father was killed by a Greyhound Bus accident, which led to a nervous breakdown of her mother Ella McElroy. Geraldine and her sisters and brother, Louise, Betty, Julia and Johnny were split up and was adopted by various family members. Geraldine was adopted by her first cousin, Weathy Perkins and moved to Pennsylvania. Geraldine graduated high school and went to college a couple of years. At that time Weathy Perkins, her stepmother arranged for Geraldine to marry Arthur Peters. From the marriage was born three girls, LeTecia Diane, Victoria Ellen, and Anita Louise (now known as Amina). After Amina was born Geraldine was divorced. A year later Geraldine moved to Columbus, Ohio and met Marvin Leon Willis and had a baby boy, Kevin Willis. From that point Geraldine took all of her four children and moved to Cleveland, Ohio. Geraldine worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Huntington Bank and various other Banks in Cleveland, Ohio taking care of her children on her own with the help from our Lord.

Geraldine was a very strong, and a religious matriarch of her family. She loved taking care of everyone. She loved cooking and feeding everyone. Not ten minutes before her fell ill, Geraldine was passing out oxtail soup to the senior citizens who lived in her building. Geraldine taught her children to love the Bible and the word of God, that love is not a noun but a verb, to be strong, and to always be independent thinkers. Geraldine Peters continued to be a Matriarch all the way through.
