In a letter from my Great-Uncle Eck (Alexander C. McKee son of Joseph Howe) wriiten by his daughter and I would assume the person the letter addressed to is Arthur McKee son of Jacob Lefler McKee who was son of Joseph Howe McKee. he writes:
August 23 1915 Dear Arthur Some time ago we received a letter from you wanting the names of some of the folks here and other places that I knew and also wanted to know if the first Sunday in Sept. would do to have the reunion. As far as I am concerned it is all right. Don't know for sure whether we all can come or not...I'll give you what names I have.

Will of William McKee
In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I William McKee of Hendricks county State of Indiana, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and I being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in the manner and form towit:
First I want my beloved wife Jane McKee, I do give and bequeath unto her all my Real Estate together with all my personal property to be hers and to do as she think best with I have prior to this date given and devised equally between my five heirs namely Jemima Melvina Lenzy, Sarah Jane Wheatly, Emerine I. Catterson, John W. McKee and Rebecca A. McKee that portion of my Estate equally divided as I have thought proper and just.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11 day of February 1867. /s/ William McKee

State of Indiana, Hendricks county }ss: Be it remembered that on the 2nd day of November 1867 Robert C. Walker and James Ballard, the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last will and testament of William McKee, the late of said county deceased personally appeared before me *Levi Ritter, Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Hendricks county, in the State of Indiana and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said court upon his oath declared and testified as follows, that is to say: that on the 11th day of February 1867 he saw said William McKee sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last will and testament, and that these deponents at the same time heard the said William McKee declare the said instrument in writing was at the same time, at the request of the said William McKee, and with his consent, attested and subscribed by the said Robert C. Walker and James Ballard, in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other as subscribed in witness thereto, and that the said William McKee was at the time of the signing and subscribing of the said instrument in writing as afore said, of full age, that is more than twenty-one and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily Believes, and further deponent says not.
