While husband was away in the army, Mary Elizabeth gave birth to Sarah. She died at 7 months. She had another daughter, Mary Elizabeth, who lived about a year.
After the Civil War, Mary Elizabeth and her husband James J. Love moved to Missouri and later to Eureka Springs, Ark. These children were born in Arkansas: Phalba, Mary, Leet, Robert, Drucilla Caldona (1877), William (in 1880), james, and Lucy. All the Love clan moved to Texas in 1902 to Webb, Texas, near Mansfield.
