Nancy Jane Weathers

Nancy Jane was a daughter of Henry W. Peebles and Martha Jane (Green) Peebles.

On 29-JAN-1875 in the Red Hills community of Cass County, TX, she married David Russie Weathers.

Nancy Jane and David Russie were the parents of six children.

Nancy Jane died in childbirth with her last child on March 13, 1886. Nancy Jane and her infant were buried together.

Nancy and her infant were buried in an unmarked grave. After her death, her widower--David Russie Weathers--loaded his five young children in his wagon and drove to the home of his parents in Fannin County, TX.
