May have been born in Nachod and come to Prague after the fire in 1660 burned down the synagogue there.

The wonderful Pinkas seat book is talking in 1679 about a seat which Manes had from his father-in-law, Josef Ausch z”l, who had purchased it from Simon bn hajashish Ahron Kueche [hajashish Ahron bn Moshe Kueche z”l 1667] . On the right-hand page, dated 1720, it talks about Frometl, now a widow, giving the seat to her son, Benet. And there is mention of her daughter, Zipperl, wife of Michael Kuh, as well. But nowhere does it refer back to Shalom.
