Hello Lis,
many years ago i spoke with Amy, she belongs to my italian mothers side. She actualy lives and has a large family in the USA, but she does not know any descendants who hace come to live in Uruguay, if not from traveling to Argentina but in the last century, but return to the usa.
thank to her i was able to discover my maternal side who was italian and my father was norwegian or from northern europe.
From that discovery i did more dna studies and we shared it with a contact of yours who knows a lot about norway, a teacher whose name i don't remember and i signed up for another website where the dna public registry is worldwide.
