The Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC) is a leadership summit that brings together a carefully selected group of the most promising college and university student leaders from all over the Philippines to hone their leadership skills and potential, promote service as the value orientation of leadership, and instill a deep sense of idealism, societal responsibility, and nation-building.
The 26th year old leadership program funded and run by Ayala Corporation from July1-5, 2024 at Seda Nuvali Hotel, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The Congress used the steward leadership framework, first with community immersion, and first to conduct the congress at Seda Nuvali after a decade conducting it at Lima Park Hotel.
