This cemetery was originally established by a Jewish burial society. After Agudas Achim Congregation was organized, this became the burial place for their church. Judging from the burials, it was established in about 1889. The cemetery is no longer open for new burials. It is only used for previously purchased burial sites.

The cemetery is in fairly good condition and well maintained. Many of the stones were also written in Hebrew.
