Peter Collins was my maternal 2nd great-grandfather. He was born circa 1853 in Virginia or Pike County, Kentucky. He was the son of Nancy Collins Hager and an unknown biological father. He was the stepson of James Hager.
Peter was reportedly murdered in the 1920’s in the Hurricane area of Johnson County, Kentucky. His death certificate, obituary and gravestone have not yet been found. I’ve created this project to unite all of his living descendants and to learn more about our deceased ancestor.
