Project Tags

This Project is organized to discover, research and/or find answers to the primary origins of the Cargo(Slaves) aboard French and/or other Colonial Empires Cargo Ships including the United States of America and Great Britain that engages in the transfer of Human Souls(Slaves) from the African sources(traders) through the waters of the Atlantic Ocean on to the Island of Guadeloupe located in the Leeward Islands, part of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean. And Martinique, located in the Lesser Antilles in the eastern Caribbean Sea along with St. Lucia, a part of the Windward group in the Lesser Antilles and is located south of Martinique. These ships would bring Slaves to Big Cove(Grand'Anse, Jeremie, Haiti) and involved in movements between Haiti and Jamaica. The aim of this project is to assimilate cargo ship manifest/records and notarized documents to build ancestral records(origins) along with integrated plantation and plantation ownership records along captains and crewmen logs/records and Island Church Records so as to ascertain correct and purposeful African origins, principals, leaders/leaderships, chiefs and/or government(s) and kings/kingdoms including names of persons that actively and fully participated in the Slave Trade. And who sold souls for gain. Perchance, the project maybe able to locate records of familial origin, name of ancestors and bloodlines.
