This project seeks to collect all of the Jewish families from the town of Bytkiv, Ukraine also known as Bitkov, Bitkuv, Bytkiv, Bytkov, Битків.
Background
Bytkiv is a modern town. There is little known resource for Galician researchers held in the Lviv State Historical Archive in Ukraine - the "Tabula Krajowa" pr Tabula Registers (Fond 166, 1780 - 1891). Note, the profile image is not owned by Gesher Galicia and have been geo-tagged with Bytkiv's latitude and longitude from Flikr's list of photos.
