Linking Johann Heinrich Stotz (1799-?) to his father

This project is to collect research to establish the father of Johann Heinrich Stotz (1799-?). In multiple family trees, there is conflicting information that shows Johann Heinrich Stotz's father either Johann Martin Stotz (1757-1835) or Heinrich Stotz (1761-?). Looking for either written records or DNA evidence to confirm correct paternal linkage.
