Mount Pleasant Cemetery was consecrated for burial purposes in August 1856, the Pioneer or Bartholomew Cemetery near the present location of the Lodi Good Samaritan Center having served as an earlier burial ground in Lodi. In the 1880s, a Ladies' Society was formed to help maintain Mount Pleasant Cemetery. It evolved into the present Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association.
The cemetery is located on 502 Sauk Street, Lodi, Columbia County, Wisconsin.
