Offlinetv is an online collaborative gaming group based in LA. It was started in 2017 by William "Scarra" Li and his ex-manager Chris Chan. The initial team was Scarra, Pokimane, Lilypichu, Pokelawls, Based Yoona, Josh "Xell" Kim, Mark Zimmerman, and Fedmyster.
