Level Grove Road runs southwest from Cornelia, to Duncan Bridge Road (GA 384 and a red light). From there the road changes names to Mud Creek Road and continues on south. The cemetery is less than two miles south of the red traffic light on the west side on a small hill.
This is separate from Mud Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 1/4 north on same road.
