The cemetery is located on 632 South Delaware Drive (Route 611) and is also known as Christ Church Cemetery and Stone Church Cemetery.

Old Union Cemetery is located in the village of Stone Church in Upper Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co., PA. It sits adjacent to Trinity United Church of Christ, one of two churches to which this burial ground first belonged. The other is Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. A board of directors representing both churches is responsible for cemetery maintenance. Old Union Cemetery is the final resting place of twenty-six known Revolutionary War Soldiers. The first burial was made in 1794 and the last was in 1911.
