Phi Sigma Rho (ΦΣΡ), also known as Phi Rho or PSR, is a social sorority for women. It is an associate Panhellenic sorority. The sorority was founded in 1984 at Purdue University by two young women. The first chapter of Phi Sigma Rho was installed on September 24, 1984, with 10 charter members. It has since expanded nationwide.
