Searching for Iosif Kelemen

I am contacting you about a Iosif Kelemen that had a child with Etelka Kelemen(Illes), also named Iosif Kelemen. Unfortunately he divorced and remained in the Tipari village(Țipari), county of Timis, Romania, while his wife moved with the kid to Caransebes city(Caransebeș), county Caras-Severin, Romania. They still live there and have been able to give me a lot of information about their ancestors, but don't know about the ancestry of the Iosif Kelemen that stayed in Tipari.
