This project is a table of contents for all projects relating to Spotsylvania County Virginia. See the Related Projects for details.
Patrick Sullivan has written a fantastic series of blogs about various of the Ancient Ancestors in the Spotsylvania county and surrounding area. He began with the Row family, but has expanded to many of the collateral families kin by blood or marriage as well. His blogs now include biographical sketches of people throughout the state of Virginia and beyond.
His detailed and interesting blogs at Spotsylvania Memory provide tremendous insight and information about numerous relatives and other local figures of interest. His well researched and thoughtfully written blogs provide day to day history about the ancestors as they lived it.
Patrick Sullivan has a new book out (proceeds are going to fund the Orange County Historical Society so I will shamelessly plug it): No Matter What Befalls Me
